Who is NetVPro?

NetVPro is a full service Managed Services Provider (MSP) headquartered in Minnesota, founded by Paul Berndt, who has worked in Information Technology (IT) for over 30 years. Since our beginning in 2010, NetVPro has provided comprehensive, dependable and cost effective IT solutions for data storage, backup, DR and security. Our clients tell us we are unique because we emphasize an understanding of their business before we make any technical recommendations. We work directly with customers and other MSPs to ensure successful technical project outcomes. We are frequently engaged to conduct work as directed by our customers or alternately to work in a supporting role with other MSP organizations as their agent to ensure successful project outcomes. Many customers use us as a resource to provide assistance when their internal IT resources need to be supplemented for special projects such as migrations, relocations or staff augmentation. Others use us as a high level consultant on particularly challenging technical issues. As an organization, we leverage both virtualization and remote access capabilities to service our customers. We are able to provide local resources in addition to having the capability to support your business or project virtually.
